- Scrape or automatically extract data from the platform.
- Upload content that infringes copyright or is illegal.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service.
5. Disclaimer
Kerala Spot provides spot information “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted spots. Always verify details (opening hours, pricing) before visiting a location.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerala Spot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
